1. Agreement to Terms & Program Overview
By opting into or using the NimbusJames_bot text messaging service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. NimbusJames_bot is an interactive personal assistant messaging service operating on +1 (512) 488-4653 that assists with requested conversational tasks, inquiries, and information processing.
2. SMS Terms & User Consent
End users voluntarily opt in to receive text messages from NimbusJames_bot by texting START, HELLO, or sending an initial inquiry to +1 (512) 488-4653.
Messages are sent strictly on a two-way conversational basis in response to your explicit prompts and inquiries. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
3. Rates and Message Frequency
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Message frequency varies depending on the frequency of your conversational requests and interaction with the assistant.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Opt-Out Instructions (How to Cancel)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text any of the following keywords to +1 (512) 488-4653:
After you send the message STOP to us, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from NimbusJames_bot unless you text START to resubscribe.

6. Privacy & Data Non-Sharing Policy
We do not sell, rent, or share your SMS opt-in data, phone numbers, or personal information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are strictly excluded from any data sharing.
